What we collect
If you send the service-request form, it asks for your name, phone number, preferred reply method, vehicle year, make and model, municipality or postal code, and a short description of the help you need.
Do not send payment card details, government identification, medical information, or other sensitive information through the form.
How the information is used
Babbal uses the submitted details only to review your request, decide whether the mobile task may be suitable, contact you, arrange timing, and prevent misuse of the form.
The website does not use advertising trackers or analytics. It does not sell customer information.
How long requests are kept
The website has no customer database and does not keep a separate copy of a submitted request. Request emails are deleted from the active mailbox after 90 days. Service providers may retain limited security or backup records under their own policies.
How information is protected
The live website will use HTTPS, server-side form validation, spam protection, limited mailbox access, security headers, and secrets that are kept outside the public website files. No internet or email system can be guaranteed completely secure.
